  1. Lead Time Requirement: The outer box must be ordered at least one week (7 days) in advance. This buffer is critical for facilitating proper scheduling and material preparation.
  2. Designated Portal: All requests must be processed through the official ‘box order’ page. This is our primary system of record; orders placed via email or informal channels may lead to scheduling conflicts.
  3. Data Accuracy: Ensure all quantities and specifications are cross-referenced with the current inventory needs before submission.
